Who am I?

My name is Gerry Fernandez; I have a Diploma in Fitness Training from Auckland University of Technology (Dip FT) and am currently studying the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Specialist in Performance Nutrition Course – I love, and live, the Fitness Lifestyle..

But, it’s not always been this way…

4 years ago I came to the dramatic realization something had to change – I was more than 15 kgs overweight, 26% Body fat and constantly tired.

Despite my Fitness Training background and knowledge, I had let life get in the way. Long hours running my own business, perceived training time constraints due to young children arriving on the scene and some very poor food choices…(Sugar & Caffeine Filled Energy Drinks, Candy bars dressed up to look like Protein bars. you know the stuff…)

Since then I’ve made it my mission to help and educate others to feel energized and improve their overall wellness. Many people are not aware that the nutrition industry is largely unregulated which means many of our competitors products use ingredients that are inexpensive, unhealthy, and often contribute to all kinds of negative health issues.
